Bookbuilder is a 90-day, mentored writing programme. It breaks down like this:
Week 1 – 3 x 3-hour training sessions to position and plan your book. (Introductory recorded coaching session, pre-work).
Week 2 – homework of a 1,200-word book introduction and detailed contents page submitted to and marked by your personal coach (1 recorded coaching session recapping planning and homework, 1 masterclass).
Weeks 3 – 8 – WRITE your first draft (3 recorded coaching sessions, 3 fortnightly group accountability calls, 3 fortnightly masterclasses, weekly accountability posts).
Weeks 9 & 10 – REVIEW & IMPROVE your first self-edit to second draft. (1 recorded coaching session, 1 fortnightly group accountability call, 1 fortnightly masterclass, 2 accountability posts).
Weeks 11 & 12 – TEST your manuscript with beta readers. (1 recorded coaching session, 1 fortnightly group accountability call, 1 masterclass, 2 accountability posts).
Weeks 13 & 14 EDIT & REPEAT, reviewing beta reader feedback and incorporating into a final edit. (1 fortnightly accountability call, 1 bonus group call, 2 accountability posts).
